Sports Rules
General Betting Rules
These Betting Rules govern the use of all interactive sports betting products and services offered by Pakiwin. They form part of the Operator's General Terms & Conditions and apply to all registered End Users who hold an active betting account. Where a conflict exists between these Sports Betting Rules and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail. The English language version governs the interpretation of these rules, and any non-English translations shall be treated as a reference only.
Accuracy and reliance: Pakiwin undertakes to present Betting Information in good faith, but makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, results, venues, dates, or other data. The Company reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to make final decisions on all market outcomes where required by fairness and clarity. Data displayed may be delayed, and placing bets based on such data is at the End User's risk.
End-user responsibility: It is the End User's responsibility to be aware of match status and event information at all times. Verification of event status prior to placing a bet is strongly recommended. Pakiwin may amend these Rules at any time, with changes effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
Data and results: The Company may rely on time-delayed data and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on such data. The Company reserves the right to suspend settlement or to reverse settlements if a market is settled in error or if uncertainty about a result exists.
Abandonment and Postponements
-
If an event neither starts nor finishes on its announced date, all Bets shall be void unless Markets have unconditionally determined outcomes.
-
If an event starts as scheduled but is subsequently abandoned and not completed within a defined period, only bets on Markets that are unconditionally determined shall stand; all other Bets shall be void.
-
Following an event's postponement, if the event cannot be completed within the originally stated window, the Company may void affected Markets in its sole discretion.
Change of Venue
-
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Event Betting Rules, a change of venue (home/away) shall render all bets on the match void.
-
For non-team-based Markets, bets may remain valid where the venue change occurs after the market was opened, subject to the market's rules.
Periods of Time and Event Duration
-
If the duration of an event changes, bets on that event shall be considered invalid.
-
Time attributed to injury or stoppage periods is regarded as part of regular time for settlement purposes (e.g., goals scored during stoppage time are treated as occurring in the corresponding regular-time segment).
Results and Settlement
-
Final results: Podium positions, where applicable, are treated as the official final result. In the absence of a podium, the governing body's official result at the time of Market settlement governs. If no official result is available, settlement uses the best available evidence. If there is a discrepancy between the official result and website records, the Company's video evidence (if available) shall be used to determine the accurate result; in the absence of video, the governing body's declared result prevails. The Company's decision is final and binding.
-
Settlement timing: Markets are generally settled after the Event concludes. For customer service purposes, some Markets may be settled prior to the official result, but Pakiwin reserves the right to reverse such settlements if settled in error.
-
Suspension and amendments: Pakiwin may suspend settlement on any Market if there is uncertainty about the result. No amendments shall be made to results more than 72 hours after the Event start time for Bets that have already been settled. If a contradiction exists between the official result and the website result, the official result or video evidence shall prevail to determine the final outcome.
Markets and Bet Types
-
Outright: Bets on the overall winner of an Event, race, or tournament, or on a participant's eventual placement. If a participant does not start, Outright Bets on that participant are void. In the event of a tie (dead heat), winning bets are settled pro rata among the winners in proportion to the market odds, with the stake allocated accordingly.
-
Moneyline: Bets on a participant or side to win an event or to achieve a higher score, with the remaining participants forming the Field as applicable. See the specific Event Betting Rules for detailed definitions.
-
Handicap (HDP): Bets on a participant or team receiving a virtual advantage or disadvantage, with the result after applying the handicap determining the winner of the bet.
-
Asian Handicap (In-Play): In-game handicap wagering settled based on the live score after the bet placement, disregarding goals scored before the bet was placed for settlement purposes.
-
Over/Under (OU): Bets on the total points/goals achieved in a match or series of matches relative to a target set by Pakiwin.
-
Odd/Even (OE): Bets on the parity of the total points/goals in the event as settled at the conclusion of the specified segment.
-
Multi Bets: A combined wager requiring multiple selections to be correct; if any selection fails, the bet loses. If any selection is adjourned, odds revert to 1.00 for that selection.
-
System Bets: A form of multi bet that allows for missing or incorrect selections while still providing potential returns, typically at higher levels of risk and stake.
Soccer Bet Types (Representative)
-
1X2: Place a stake on home win (1), draw (X), or away win (2) at the end of regular time. Excludes extra time or penalties unless specified by market.

-

-
Half-time/Full-time (HT/FT): Forecast the result at both half-time and full-time, excluding extra time and penalties unless the market states otherwise.
-

-
Kick-Off Team: Bet on which team will start the match with kickoff.
-
Home Team Total vs Away Team Total: Compare the total goals scored by the home team against the total by the away team for a given set of fixtures.
-

-
Single Team Over/Under: Bet on whether a single team's goal total will exceed or fall short of a specified threshold.
Notes: The above Soccer Bet Types are subject to the specific Event Betting Rules for each market. Regular time is the default baseline for settlement unless the market clearly states otherwise. Extra time and penalties are not included in standard Soccer markets unless expressly indicated.
