Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions (the "T&Cs"), the following terms have the meanings assigned below, unless the context requires otherwise: Pakiwin means the operator offering wagering and gaming services (the "Operator"); Customer means the natural person who registers for and uses the Platform; Platform means the website and mobile applications operated by the Operator for access to the Services; Services means the wagering, betting, and casino-related products and activities offered via the Platform; Bet means a wager placed on a stated event or game; Event means any sports event or game on which Bets may be placed; Software means the computer programs and applications provided to enable use of the Platform; Cashout means the optional feature allowing settlement of part of a Bet prior to the conclusion of the Event; Jurisdiction means the applicable law of the Customer's place of residence where the Platform is accessed.
Use of the Platform

2.1 Eligibility to use the Platform. The Customer shall be eligible to use the Services if: (a) the Customer is at least eighteen (18) years old or the minimum legal age applicable in the Customer's jurisdiction; (b) participation in wagering activities is lawful in the Customer's jurisdiction; (c) the Customer acts on his own behalf and not for a bookmaker, agent, or third party; (d) the Customer is not an official, employee, or affiliated with any participant in the Event.

2.2 Prohibition on breaches. The Operator reserves the right to cancel or void Bets placed in breach of these T&Cs or applicable law, even after the Event's conclusion.

2.3 Compliance with law. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to determine and ensure compliance with all applicable laws when participating in Bets.
Amendments and Updates

3.1 Right to amend. The Operator may modify or update these T&Cs from time to time without notice other than publication on the Platform.

3.2 Acceptance of changes. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the T&Cs periodically.
Intellectual Property and Software Licence

4.1 Ownership. All Information on the Platform, including odds, results, statistics, and wagering figures, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is provided for the Customer's personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 Restrictions. The Customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from such Information without the Operator's prior written consent.

4.3 Software Licence. The Operator grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on a Device primarily used by the Customer to access the Services.

4.4 Prohibitions. The Customer shall not install the Software on a server, copy, sublicense, reverse engineer, or transfer the Software to any third party; all copyright and trademark notices must remain intact.
Conditions of Use

5.1 General representations. The Customer warrants that (i) they act in their own personal capacity and not on behalf of another person; (ii) they are not restricted by legal capacity; (iii) they are not diagnosed as a compulsive gambler; (iv) they are of legal age; (v) they understand the risk of losing money; (vi) funds originate from lawful sources; (vii) they will not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, and will not use software-assisted methods or devices for unlawful purposes; (viii) they will not permit others to use their account; (ix) they will protect login details and accept responsibility for all activity under their account.

5.2 Transfers between customers. It is prohibited to sell, transfer, or acquire funds to or from other customers.

5.3 Ownership of Software. The Software remains the property of the Operator; the Customer's rights are limited to the licence described in section 4.3 and the End User Licence Agreement.

5.4 Conduct of Bets. Bets must be placed in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play; customers should maintain respectful conduct toward others.

5.5 Prohibition on illegal activity. The Customer shall not use the Platform to facilitate illegal money transfers or other unlawful activity; the Operator may suspend or terminate access for suspected wrongdoing and shall have no obligation to refund balances in such cases; the Operator may report suspected wrongdoing to applicable authorities as permitted by law.

5.6 Compliance with laws. The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Services.

5.7 Data and privacy. The Customer's information will be processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and applicable law; the Customer acknowledges and consents to such processing as a condition of registration.

5.8 Security of access credentials. The Customer must maintain the confidentiality of their username and password and promptly notify the Operator of any compromise; the Operator is not responsible for any activity arising from disclosure by the Customer.

5.9 Compliance with notices. The Customer shall comply with any notices or directions issued by the Operator in connection with the use of the Services.

5.10 Prohibition on unauthorised use. The Customer shall not use the Platform in a manner that interferes with the operation of the Services or the experience of other users.

5.11 Prohibition on improper postings. The Customer shall not post unlawful, harassing, obscene, or other disallowed material on the Platform.

5.12 Relationship with the Operator. The Customer acknowledges that they have no implied employment, agency, or partnership with the Operator beyond these T&Cs.

5.13 Compliance with end-user terms. The Customer agrees to comply with any end-user licence terms applicable to the Software.

5.14 Prohibition on automated access. The Customer shall not use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform unless expressly permitted by the Operator.

5.15 Prohibition on manipulation. The Customer shall not attempt to manipulate the Platform or Bet data; any such activity may lead to account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

5.16 Officers and associates. The Customer warrants they are not an officer, director, employee, affiliate, or close relation of the Operator or any related entity.
Registration and Membership

6.1 Account opening. A Membership application may be rejected at the Operator's sole discretion and for any reason.

6.2 Accuracy of information. The Customer must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as required.

6.3 Privacy and confidentiality. The Operator will implement safeguards to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.

6.4 Data sharing for payments. The Customer acknowledges that personal data may be shared with payment providers and financial institutions to complete payments.

6.5 Lawful use. The Customer must ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in the Customer's jurisdiction.

6.6 Verification. The Operator may require additional identification and documentation to verify identity and age, including photo ID and payment card details.

6.7 Postage verification. The Operator may conduct postal verification or additional security checks; by registering, the Customer consents to such verifications.
Bets and Wagering

7.1 Scope of Bets. Bets may be placed only on events advertised on the Platform and in accordance with the relevant Betting Rules and these T&Cs. If a manifest error or incorrect participant is stated, all bets on that Event may be void.

7.2 Discretion to restrict. The Operator may, in its absolute discretion, decline all or part of any Bet without providing a reason.

7.3 Online placement only. Bets are accepted exclusively via the Platform; non-internet submissions are void.

7.4 Account integrity. The Operator may suspend or close an Account if it is believed that a Bet or activity breaches these T&Cs or constitutes cheating, manipulation, or other unlawful conduct; winnings and balances may be forfeited in such circumstances.

7.5 Prohibition on automated or abnormal Bets. Use of bots or automated wagering tools is prohibited; AI-assisted betting by a Customer may result in account termination.

7.6 Valid Bets. Bets are valid when the Customer's username and password are correctly entered and sufficient funds are available; bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation.

7.7 Customer liability. The Customer bears responsibility for all activities conducted under their account, including those conducted by third parties who obtain login credentials.

7.8 Confirmation of acceptance. A Bet becomes binding when a transaction identifier is generated and recorded in the Customer's history.

7.9 Timing of bets. No Bets may be placed after the Event has started; if a Bet is inadvertently accepted after commencement, the Operator may cancel or void the Bet.

7.10 Result determination. The final outcome for Bet purposes is the Event's conclusion as defined by the Betting Rules.

7.11 Unofficial results. The Operator does not recognise suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions for betting purposes.

7.12 Odds and errors. Odds, lines, and handicaps may fluctuate; in the event of a manifest error, the Operator may offer the Customer the option to place a Bet at corrected odds, or may void the erroneous Bet.

7.13 Single-bet rule. Except where explicitly stated, multiple Bets on the same Event by the same Customer are not allowed; the Operator's decision on related matters is final.
Cashout
The Operator may, in its discretion, offer Cashout on eligible Bets. Cashout is not guaranteed, is subject to availability and eligibility, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. A Customer may not compel Cashout; acceptance depends on the Operator's settings for the Bet.
Winnings and Settlements

9.1 Fixed-odds winnings. Winnings on fixed-odds Bets are calculated by multiplying the stated odds by the stake.

9.2 Settlement timing. All Markets are determined and settled as soon as the outcome is known. The Operator only recognises results that occur during the Event; post-event changes do not affect settled Bets.

9.3 Canceled or interrupted Events. If an Event is canceled or interrupted and restarted within forty-eight (48) hours of the original start time, the Bet applies to the rearranged fixture; if not restarted or continued, the Bet is declared invalid, with exceptions for already determined Markets (e.g., first goal).

9.4 Dead heat. If two or more participants are declared winners, the odds for those Bets are divided accordingly.

9.5 Cashout interactions. Where a Cashout is exercised, the resulting settlement is the Cashout amount and any remaining portion is settled in accordance with the original Bet terms.

9.6 Prohibited conduct and Damages. Any collusive or unlawful activity may lead to Bet invalidation, account termination, and a claim for damages.

9.7 Anti-money laundering. All transactions are monitored for money-laundering and suspicious activity. In such cases, the Operator may suspend or close the account and freeze or forfeit the balance; refunds may be declined and authorities may be notified where legally permissible.
Deposits and Withdrawals

10.1 Deposits. Bets may be placed only if there are sufficient funds in the Customer's account; the Operator does not provide credit.

10.2 Deposit limits. The minimum deposit is the equivalent of ten (10) units; the maximum deposit is the equivalent of ten thousand (10,000) units. No additional charges or processing fees apply to deposits.

10.3 Deposit methods. Funds may be deposited through approved channels provided by the Operator or its authorised partners.

10.4 Verification on compromise. The Operator may require enhanced identity verification if the account appears to be compromised or at risk.

10.5 Interest and display. The Customer is not entitled to any interest on funds; the account balance is displayed on the Platform.

10.6 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ten (10) units; the maximum payout per transaction is twenty-five thousand (25,000) units; the total account balance shall not exceed twenty-five thousand (25,000) units. Withdrawals may require additional verification for higher amounts, and funds will be transferred to the Customer's designated payment method on file.
Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity on an account for twenty-four (24) months, the account is deemed inactive. The Operator will transfer the remaining balance to the Customer's registered payment method or bank account on file and subsequently block the Account.
Responsible Gaming

11.1 Self-exclusion. A Customer may elect to exclude themselves from placing Bets by notifying a Platform representative.

11.2 Stake limits. A Customer may set a maximum stake limit; if exceeded, the Account will be automatically blocked.

11.3 Time-limited self-exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of seven (7) days; reactivation may be requested after that period.

11.4 Changes to limits. Changes to limits take effect seven (7) days after registration of the change for increases; decreases take effect immediately; Bets placed with the limit or exclusion in effect will be rejected.

11.5 Assistance resources. Customers with difficulty managing their wagering should seek professional help; recognised independent organisations offer support.
Data Protection and Privacy
The Operator collects, stores, and processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Operator's Privacy Policy. The Customer's data is used to administer the account, process payments, and comply with regulatory obligations. The Customer may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their Personal Data where permitted by law, subject to legal obligations and security considerations.
Termination, Suspension, and Account Closure
The Operator may suspend or terminate a Customer's account at any time for breach of these T&Cs, unlawful activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory action. Upon termination, the Operator will pay out the remaining account balance in accordance with the applicable payout rules, subject to any restrictions arising from suspected illegal or fraudulent activity. The Customer may close their account at any time by contacting Customer Support; the Operator will process any remaining balance in a timely manner.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator excludes warranties of any kind, express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or non-infringement. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. The Customer's use of the Platform is at their own risk.
